Your tax-deductible donation helps us continue to produce world-class classical music concerts with virtuosic guest artists, bring community concerts into the eight city council districts and Sacramento Promise Zone, and teach 5,000 elementary school students how to play music. Benefits from your contribution are good for one full season. While we make every effort to meet our obligations to donors, we reserve the right to substitute benefits of comparable value at our sole discretion.
Other Ways to Give:
Musician Sponsor
Sponsoring a musician can be an excellent way to learn more about the Philharmonic & Opera and feel closer to a particular musician. A personal lunch between musician and sponsor can be set up at the donor’s request.
IRA Charitable Rollover
If you are 70½ years old or older, you can take advantage of a simple way to benefit the Philharmonic & Opera and receive tax benefits in return. You can give up to $100,000 from your IRA directly to a qualified organization such as ours without having to pay income taxes on the money.
Memorial/Tribute Gift
If you have a loved one who has been impacted by the Philharmonic & Opera, contributing a memorial or tribute gift is a meaningful way to honor your loved one or celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday while supporting the work of our mission. Your memorial or tribute gift will be a lasting tribute to your loved one and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
