What should I wear to a concert?

We encourage our patrons to wear what makes them feel comfortable. You are welcome to dress to impress or wear jeans and a t-shirt.

Due to the concert times being in the evening, we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater and avoiding flip-flops.

What time should I arrive to a concert?

If interested in attending our 6:30 PM pre-concert interviews, hosted by ABC10 anchor Lora Painter, we recommend arriving at 6:00 PM.

Operas do not include a pre-concert interview.

If arriving after the pre-concert interview, we recommend arriving at 7:00 PM for evening concerts, giving you ample time to find your seats, locate restrooms, and purchase drinks before the 7:30 PM start time.

Is there an age limit?

All concerts are open to ALL ages.

Do I need a ticket?

Yes, all people attending need to have a ticket of their own to be admitted.

Valid tickets must be purchased through the SP&O Box Office, the SAFE PAC Box Office, or Ticketmaster. Be cautious of fraudulent tickets from invalid providers.

If purchased through SP&O, a physical ticket will be mailed to you or held for pick up at Will-Call. Re-printing of tickets available in circumstances of lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

If purchased through Ticketmaster, a digital ticket is provided in your digital Ticketmaster account, available to access on web or on the mobile app.

Do you offer refunds?

All single ticket sales are final.

Refunds and exchanges available to season subscribers.

Does the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center provide coat check?

SAFE PAC does not provide coat check.

Is photo or recording permitted?

To minimize distractions for other guests and performers, no photo and video recording is permitted.
