Our Commitment to the Safety of our Musicians and Patrons
We are thrilled to be back doing what we do best – live music! Thank you for your continuous support and enthusiasm for our organization.
As we approach opening night and the performance of our Organ Symphony on Friday, September 10 at 8 PM, we’d like to inform you of our plans to keep everyone healthy and to ensure the best and safest concert experience possible. Accordingly, we will be following the State of California’s guidelines for all indoor events with 1,000+ patrons in attendance.
Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID Test
Upon arrival, all patrons will be required to show either proof of full vaccination (with final dose at least 14 days prior to performance date) or a negative test result (taken within 72 hours of performance time – on or after Tuesday, September 7th at 8PM), along with a driver’s license or other photo ID. This can be a physical vaccination card or printed test result; a photo on your phone of your vaccination or test result; or a digital vaccination record.
All patrons, regardless of age or vaccination status, are required to wear a mask inside the hall at all times. Acceptable masks are surgical, cloth, and (K) N95 masks, and gaiters, bandanas, face shields, and masks with an exhalation valve will not be allowed. Water in the theater will be available, however masks must be worn between sips. All other food and drinks will not be permitted at this time.
Please Arrive Early
If you would like to hear the pre-concert lecture, please arrive by 6:45 PM. If not, we recommend arriving by 7:15 PM to allow yourself plenty of time to be seated. Upon arrival to entry there will be three different check points:
1) Vaccination/Negative Test Result Check
2) Baggage Check – bags must be smaller than 16″x16″x8″
3) Ticket Check
If you have any questions about purchasing tickets or our health and safety guidance, click HERE or call us at (916) 476-5975. Thank you all for your understanding for this performance, and we will continue to follow state, city, and venue guidelines as they evolve throughout the season. We are looking forward to another fantastic year with you!
